2. Responsibilities and Limitations
 

• Careersted is responsible for optimising your CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile to meet industry standards.

• We provide guidance and preparation tools for your interviews.

• Careersted does not guarantee job offers or employment; our role is to support and guide you in your job application process.
   

3. Client Responsibilities
 

• Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their work experience, education, and other relevant details.

• Clients should actively participate in consultations and provide feedback.
   

4. Confidentiality
 

• Careersted values your privacy and ensures that all personal information is kept confidential.

• We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
   

5. Payment and Refunds
 

• Payments must be made according to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

• To cancel your subscription, you must notify us via email at least one week before the next billing cycle.

• Monthly and two-month plans renew automatically. Once renewed, cancellations or refunds will not be possible until the next billing cycle.
